EZ Access offers 14 different models of walk in bath tubs and two models of wheelchair accessible handicap bathtubs. All models are available in white & biscuit. The handicapped tubs are also available in Acrylic or Fiberglass with a triple gel coat finish depending on the model desired.



The difference between the walkin bathtubs and the handicap accessible models is the direction of the door. With their entire range of walkin bath tubs the door swings in and the user steps over a low curb to enter the walk in bath. The door for the handicap accessible tub swings out allowing for a lateral transfer from a wheelchair directly into the tub if the user is able to transfer sideways.



All handicapped bathtubs are available with a left or right hand door. The walkin bath tubs also include a non slip floor & safety grab bar. Many of the handicapped bathtubs also include an easy to install extension kit which enables the handicap bathtub to be installed in a standard tub opening.



The average capacity of water required to fill each walk in bath to operating capacity ranges between 40 to 75 gallons. Bear in mind that this is hot and cold water mixed so most standard hot water heaters will suffice.



All handicap bathtubs may be utilized as a stand up shower too but attaching the hand held showerhead to a slide bar attached to the wall.



Several very appealing add on options are available with each handicap bath tub. These are:

6 hydro (water) jets with 360 degree range of motion & an inline heater to maintain water temperature in the handicap bath tub.

16 color co-ordinated air jets with a 3 speed air jet blower & inline heater to maintain water temperature in the handicap bathtub. This option also includes a self cleaning purging system

A dual jet system which includes both air and water jets offering a total of 22 combined jets in each handicap bathtub.

Aromatherapy-this is a technique in which essential oils from plants are used with the intention of preventing or treating certain illnesses, reducing stress and enhancing well being.

Chromatherapy- this is the science that uses colors to modify or keep the vibrations of the body in a healthy frequency. Each color included has frequencies of a specific vibration and each vibration has characteristics related to different physical symptoms.

A neck rest pillow which is available in all EZ Access handicapped tubs is mounted on the head rest area of a walk in bath.

EZ Access also offers a rapid drain system which reduces the time it takes for their handicapped bathtubs to completely drain.



All walkin bathtubs carry the major safety ratings and certifications. They include a 15 year limited warranty on the walk in bath and a lifetime warranty on the door seal.
